The Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell over his claim that the government violated his First and Fourth Amendment rights while seizing his cell phone.
Lindell’s case was one of several denials issued by the court on Monday.
In September 2022, Lindell said FBI agents surrounded him at a Hardee’s restaurant and demanded he turn over his phone.
The ruling comes nearly two years after prosecutors had his cell phone seized. Lindell has been under investigation over the suspicion of sharing sensitive information regarding Colorado voting machines during the 2020 election.
The MyPillow founder first challenged the seizure in 2022 but it has since been under appeal.
In the appellate decision to deny Lindell’s challenge last September U.S. Circuit Judge Ralph Erickson wrote, “Lindell’s irritation as to where and how the government took possession of his cell phone does not give rise to a constitutional claim, let alone a showing of a callous disregard for his constitutional rights.”
The investigation is centered around Mesa County, Colorado clerk Tina Peters. Peters was indicted in March 2022 on seven felony charges and three misdemeanors over her efforts to uncover evidence of election fraud.
Her trial isn’t scheduled to begin until July 29th.
Lindell has also urged the Supreme Court to hear arguments in a separate case surrounding his concerns about election fraud. In March, he asked the Supreme Court to fast-track a lawsuit challenging the use of electronic tabulation systems in elections ahead of the November presidential race.
He has said this case would bring “explosive” evidence” about the 2020 election in his filing that he believes will “shock the world,” though the court has not yet said whether it will hear the case.
Lindell has a history of legal cases related to 2020 election, including a pair of costly defamation cases with voting machine companies. He was also ordered in February to pay a man the $5 million reward he promised at a “Prove Mike Wrong Challenge” about the 2020 election.
SCOTUS has shown in the past that they are not willing to start a civil war by examining the “irregularities” in the vote counting of 2020. Either way they go in such a case the people’s trust in our election system gets destroyed even worse than it is now and likely shots will be fired, quite possibly a lot of them. Thus the reason no court has ever entertained determining the possibility of serious election fraud on the merits of the evidence. They have all thrown the cases out on technicalities in order to avoid having to examine evidence on the record. The Dems knew this would be the case and used it to their advantage in 2020. SCOTUS has instead relied on the States to create laws that prevent voting issues in the future. While this helps the Left it doesn’t necessarily indicate that SCOTUS has moved to the Left. This Lindell case was likely refused because he didn’t show how he has as of yet been specifically damaged by law enforcement taking his cell phone. SCOTUS almost always waits till the case has moved all the way through the lower courts and the outcome has been determined before they will get involved. The fact that it is part of an ongoing investigation doesn’t rise to this level in the process. If SCOTUS limits the ability of the Establishment to punish those involved with Jan 6 or doesn’t, that will be a better indicator of where they lean.

The SCOTUS has been selling us down the river for over 60 years. It’s not that the cases aren’t properly brought before the court. It’s not that the plaintiffs don’t have ‘standing’. It’s that, (and irrespective of how many ‘conservative’ or ‘liberal’ members are seated), the SCOTUS has been homogenized w/ both inside and outside forces which pressure and threaten. I submit the following:
Why (on Jan. 6th) did the V.P. (Pence) certify electoral votes from States he knew utilized fraudulent and unconstitutional processes, practices, and procedures to tally ballots? Why did the SCOTUS refuse to even hear the case brought before it by the AG of Texas for the 8 States which had CREDIBLE, DIRECT, IRREFUTABLE, AND OVERWHELMING evidence that the 2020 General election was RIGGED AND STOLEN? How is it, that the highest court in the land is allowed to NOT do their jobs? How is a court allowed to disregard CREDIBLE IRREFUTABLE OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE which would overturn an election, and tell a sitting President he ‘has no standing’?
BECAUSE THEY WERE THREATENED!
Pence was threatened w/ death to his ENTIRE family, and then him, (only so he could watch them die, one by one). Members of the SCOTUS were THREATENED W/ DEATH to their families, (and in the same manner), if they acted Constitutionally.
I stated ALL this just after it happened and was labeled a conspiracy theorist. After Bidens’ incendiary rant on Thursday, September 1st, 2020, in which he (literally) declared war on ANY American who didn’t agree w/ the White House narrative, I started getting answers back from those who labeled me a C.T., stating “its’ possible you were correct”.
This isn’t an ‘I told you so’ post, nor is it a self-righteous vindication. It’s just that this was the ONLY plausible answer to why the people in those positions didn’t rightfully and Constitutionally facilitate the actions to which they were legally bound.
ANYONE who disputes the FACT that the 2020 election was RIGGED AND STOLEN is either a conditioned apathetic, in hopeless denial, or just too ignorant to comprehend the obvious.
I believe it’s time for conservatives to start doing some threatening of our own. Every single person in this current ILLEGITIMATE ‘Administration’ deserves nothing less than a bullet in the head (for treason). Please give me the chance to make good on this threat – PLEASE!
