Reality TV Star Allegedly Fired Over MAGA Support, Opposing Trans Athletes

Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Annemarie Wiley was fired after less than one season on the popular Bravo franchise because the other cast members were disgusted by her staunch support of Donald Trump, commitment to Team MAGA and views on transgender athletes, DailyMail.com can reveal.

When Wiley, 41, announced her departure from the show last Thursday she expressed disappointment that viewers did not get to see ‘the real’ her but gave little explanation for the decision that, she stated, was not her own.

Now, DailyMail.com has learned the real reason for the newest and shortest-lived cast member’s shock departure were the strong political views that saw her clash with the other housewives in behind-the-scenes blowups that were left on the cutting room floor.

According to one well-placed source, ‘A cast member having polarizing views and the ladies taking her to task would have been part of a juicy storyline on any Real Housewives franchise, but after politics railroaded season 13 of the New York cast, producers just edited all of those segments out of the Beverly Hills season.’

ROHNY’s thirteenth season saw former cast member Eboni K Williams, 40, accused of relentlessly lecturing her fellow housewives about issues of race in a season that landed poorly with fans.

Producers eager to avoid a re-run of the car wreck New York season cut political scenes from Beverly Hills leaving viewers in the dark as to why Wiley’s real housewife career was so abruptly terminated.

Instead, they focused on disputes between Wiley, Crystal Kung-Minkoff, 41, and Sutton Stracke, 52.

Kung-Minkoff called out nurse anesthesiologist Wiley for claiming to be a doctor while Wiley and Stracke clashed over Annemarie’s repeated questioning of Sutton’s revelation that she suffered from an ‘esophagus disorder.’

Wiley touched on this drama in her own lengthy statement on her departure in which she said, ‘Contrary to what was shown on TV, I am not obsessed with the esophagus! LOL.’

But despite what viewers saw, the real beef between Kung-Minkoff and Wiley came down to politics.

The source said, ‘Annemarie and Crystal Kung-Minkoff were at odds all season over Annemarie’s misrepresenting she was a doctor, but Annemarie’s politics really disgusted Crystal even more.

‘The Chinese-American openly struggled to understand why a woman of color would be aligned with Trump, who has made racist comments about various nationalities and colors.’

The source explained, ‘One of the few things Annemarie didn’t lie about during the taping of the show was her political beliefs.

‘She was open and proud to be Team MAGA and a staunch Donald Trump supporter.’

The mother-of-four who is married to former NFL player Marcellus Wiley also ran afoul of the cast which includes Kyle Richards, 55, Dorit Kemsley, 47, Garcelle Beauvais, 57, and Erika Jayne, 52, for being ‘hyper-defensive’ of her husband’s views on transgender athletes.

In a controversial post on X last year Marcellus, 49, stated, ‘I have no issue with transgenders, but I do have an issue with athletes who are transgender women trying to compete against biological women. Not against the Wiley Women!’

He added, ‘Why can’t the dudes who transition to women actually empower women by competing against men?’

According to the source, ‘Annemarie was hyper-defensive while defending her husband Marcellus Wiley’s controversial social media views on politics and transgender athletes. It was the biggest turnoff to the ladies.’

Moreover, the source said, ‘During the reunion taping, Garcelle Beauvais expressed her disgust that Annemarie was a fan of political conspiracy theorist Candace Owens and said it told her all that she needed to know about Annemarie.

‘But producers decided to edit the moment out of what viewers will see on the show.’

Ultimately Wiley’s political views – and the producers’ reluctance to air them – were what led to her being booted off the show.

The source said, ‘The cast feels as though if producers aren’t going to let the audience see the real Annemarie, there’s no need to keep her on the show.

‘They don’t want to work with someone with such off-putting personal and political views if it’s not going to be shown on camera.’

It’s better for her not to be associated with those shallow, trampy, ignorant women.
