DOJ Targets Trump Supporters on Twitter — Demands List of All Users Who Retweeted, Liked Trump

Jack Smith ordered Twitter-X to turn over information on President Trump’s popular Twitter account during his continued fishing expedition into President Trump.

Jack Smith and the Biden DOJ also demanded information on all Twitter-X users who retweeted President Trump, liked President Trump’s tweets, or mentioned President Trump’s account in their tweets.

Merrick Garland is going to target all of the Trump supporters in their continued witch hunt against Trump.

The lawless DOJ released the highly redacted order to Twitter earlier this week.

Chuck Callesto has more.

The New York Post reported:

In the pages that aren’t obscured, there are demands by Smith for information on virtually every conceivable aspect of the 77-year-old former president’s Twitter account, including “all advertising information … and ad topic preferences,” all IP addresses associated with the account, Trump’s privacy and account settings, records of the account’s communications with Twitter support and all direct messages sent and received by the account from October 2020 to January 2021.

The government also sought information on users who interacted with Trump leading up to the riot.

“All information from the ‘Connect’ or ‘Notifications’ tab for the account, including all lists of Twitter users who have favorited or retweeted tweets posted by the account, as well as all tweets that include the username associated with the account (i.e. “mentions” or “replies”),” the warrant states.

The warrant was issued to the social media giant along with a nondisclosure order, instructing the company not to notify Trump about the search.

Twitter balked at the nondisclosure order, arguing in a failed court challenge that it was a violation of the First Amendment and the Stored Communications Act.

The DOJ’s opposition to the company’s attempt to notify Trump about the warrant was also released Monday.

“For what appears to be the first time in its history, Twitter Inc. (‘Twitter’) has filed a motion to vacate or modify an order that it not disclose the existence of a search warrant,” Smith argued, insisting that “there is reason to believe notification to the former president, a sophisticated actor with an expansive platform, would result in a statutorily cognizable harm.”

Hey Jack Smith, I don’t use ‘X’ and I’ve never used the ‘twit’ line, but I voted for Mr trump…twice, and I’ll do it again! Take your threats and ‘stick ’em’ where no sun never reaches.

    Hmmm

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution was written specifically to stop the use of “general warrants”
In this case, the government is using a form of “geofence” general warrant that is blatantly unconstitutional and thus illegal for a whole host of reasons.

Make no mistake, the government, which in this case can be identified as the President and his US Attorney General are well aware that what they are doing is a violation of the 4th Amendment. You see it doesn’t take a law degree to understand how they know. One has only to read the 4th Amendment to immediately recognize why this warrant is unconstitutional and thus illegal on its face.

What is never mentioned is the fact that demanding to search these electronic papers the government is also trampling all over the privacy rights of the individuals identified in those electronic papers who have committed no crimes. Guilt by association is of course also blatantly unconstitutional.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Is (actual evidence) that a crime has been committed with regard to these electronic papers that met the requirements of probable cause. NOPE

Whose oath or affirmation? Did someone come forward and has offered sworn testimony (proof) that they know with any reasonable certainty that evidence that a crime has been committed is contained any specific email? NOPE.

Specific place to be searched? Every single one of Trumps accounts in the whole company? The problem of course is that many of those accounts have not been demonstrated to have anything what so ever to do with the case of the Prosecution and they know it.

It is safe to assume that the government has issued similar general warrants which cover every single piece of electronic data ever generated by the former President. It doesn’t get anymore general than this. In fact, based upon the governments twisted logic expressed by this order the government could (DID?) issue a warrant which basically says they have a right to search every single piece of electronic data (papers) of anyone who in any way shape or form was ever connected to Donald Trump. In other words, every single Republican, every single person who ever expressed an interest, let alone support for the President etc. You get the idea.
When framed in this context, it is impossible to ignore the utter absurdity of the governments order.

The government is quite literally fishing to get information which has zero credible ties to any crime BUT does with absolute certainty aid in the re-election of biden and his political party and hurt his primary political opponent and his party…

The only crimes actually committed in this case are those being committed by the prosecution…

At some point in the near future the American people are going to say enough is enough to all these government officials who are operating completely outside the bounds of the Constitution and Bill of Rights and ignoring our rights and freedoms…
