DeSantis and Musk Teaming Up for 2024 Announcement

Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis will enter the 2024 presidential race on Wednesday evening on Twitter during a conversation with the platform’s CEO Elon Musk, a new report claimed.

NBC News, citing multiple sources close to the planned announcement, reported DeSantis will join Musk on Twitter Spaces for the announcement.

The conversation will begin at 6 p.m. ET and will be moderated by tech entrepreneur David Sacks.

Twitter Spaces is the company’s audio platform and will give Musk’s 140 million Twitter followers access to Florida’s governor.

Sacks is reported to be close to Musk and also supports DeSantis’ bid for the GOP nomination.

Writing for NBC News, Dasha Burns and Matt Dixon further reported:

“The announcement will coincide with a retreat for high-end fundraisers pledged to support DeSantis in Miami. Bundlers will gather at the Four Seasons hotel from May 24-26, receiving briefings from campaign staff, combined with time to call around to raise money for the campaign.”

DeSantis will reportedly wrap up his campaign announcement by launching a video.

After Memorial Day, NBC reported he will begin courting voters in early primary states.

Musk has said in the past he would support a DeSantis bid for the White House.

On Twitter, the billionaire posted last year he had voted Republican for the first time in his life when he cast a ballot for former GOP Rep. Mayra Flores of Texas during a special election to fill the then-vacant seat in the state’s 34th Congressional District.

Musk was then asked if he intended to vote for a Republican for president, and he said he was unsure.

When he was asked which candidate he was inclined to support, he simple wrote, “DeSantis.”

Musk was also asked about his thoughts on former Democratic presidential candidate Andrew Yang.

He responded, “I supported Yang last time, but DeSantis has a better chance of winning.”

Former President Donald Trump currently has a big lead over every other declared or potential candidate in the primary race, according to numerous polls.

DeSantis is widely believed to be the only candidate in the party with a serious chance to challenge the former president.

Sorry but Musk needs to stay with his electric vehicles and DeSantis is still wet behind the ears and needs to lead Florida back from the brink of hell! Both still too young to be president!

A slight disagreement – if being too young and “inexperienced” within the law to be President is any criteria, then being to old and mentally and intellectually challenged should be also, as it was not. If one can be handled into being elected, then so can the other, right? Let the voters (electoral college) decide according to their own ineptitude or aptitude.

The worst is DeSantis is being backed by a Hillary donor and is being pushed into the race to steal votes from Trump. The more he can pull Trump to the Right, the less Trump will be able to remain somewhat centrist and garner the mainstream vote. This info courtesy of Dick Morris, campaign strategist.

DeSantis is a Bush baby and we should keep that in mind over the next several months. He is a creation of The Big Club and a product of the Neocons.

A question – does Mr. Musk vote according to whom he thinks has the best chance of winning any contest? Or is his decison to support based upon the totality of the candidate’s persona and character?

Ron DeSantis should have waited!!! But the reality is he is going to run and he is being backed by the RINO’S, NEVER TRUMPERS, and NEVER TRUMPER DONORS!!! Elon Musk is a NEVER TRUMPER and a NEVER TRUMPER DONOR!!! In 2016 he said and I quote “I feel a bit stronger that he is not the right guy. He doesn’t seem to have the sort of character that reflects well on the United States” he added that HILLARY CLINTON’S economic and environmental policies were the “right ones.” When president Trump was elected he appointed Elon to two economic advisory councils and Elon took a lot of flack for working with him. When President Trump pulled out of the Paris agreement on climate change Musk resigned from his roles on the the advisory boards. In 2022 Elon Musk said Donald Trump shouldn’t run again!!! They are also social media rivals!!! Having said all of this Elon new that President Trump would not appear on Twitter and I feel Elon is now using Twitter to run election interference and is no better than the other LIBERAL MEDIA OUTLETS!!! In 2016 he was all for HILLABEAST and in 2020 he said he voted for the COGNITIVE MESS now he’s pushing for a CONSERVATIVE!!! What has DeSantis promised in return for his Twitter appearance and Musk’s millions in donations!!! Something doesn’t t add up here!!!

I couldn’t care less about Musk’s political opinions and I’ll be voting for Trump if he’s able to eventually win the nomination despite all of the constant attempts by Democrats, Establishment RINOs, Never Trumpers, Deep State, FBI, DOJ, Lamestream Media, Big Tech, Academia, Hollywood, Stormy Daniels, EJ Carroll, Letitia James. Bragg, and many other Trump haters to all work together to manufacture more bogus charges to prevent him from seeking office again in 2024.

There has NEVER been a more unfairly persecuted politician in our nation’s history and I’m amazed he’s been able to withstand it all for so long. But my biggest concern about 2024 is Democrat cheating and the continued rigging of our elections.

Very disappointed in Musk. Twitter is becoming a censored/fact checking site just like before and now he’s supporting DeSantis. But what’s his political judgement really worth? He did support that Dumbass Joe in the last election after all so he’s not that sharp politically.
