Bannon Issues Warning: ‘They’re Going to Try to Force Nikki Haley on the Ticket’

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon claimed on Monday that “a big fight” would take place in Spring to determine whether Nikki Haley becomes former President Donald Trump’s 2024 running mate.

During an appearance on Human Events with Jack Posobiec, Bannon predicted, “We’re gonna have a big fight that will take place in the Spring.”

He continued:

They’re gonna try to force Nikki on the ticket. They’ll say Trump needs a woman, Nikki on the ticket, she balances things and she can bring together that 15% of Never Trumpers in the Republican party. We’re going to have to have that fight. If Nikki Haley is in this administration in any capacity, it will fail. She’s a viper. She’s a viper and once she gets in there, she’ll try to run it as prime minister. She’ll try to be Dick Cheney. Her to Trump will be just like Dick Cheney to Bush. That’s what she’ll try to do.

CBS News reported last month that Trump had been asking his advisers “for their thoughts about Nikki Haley as a potential vice presidential candidate,” despite Trump’s allies expressing heavy opposition to the idea.

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson warned last month that he would fight Trump’s reelection campaign if Haley was on the ticket, while Donald Trump Jr. told Newsmax he would “go to great lengths to make sure” that such a pairing would not happen.

FK that! He’d be better off with Sara Palin.

  • malady says:

I agree, she is a viper, but that’s what snakes do, they look harmless, then they strike. The Dems do not want Ramisswamy, I think he would be great to run with Trump, it would make them a very strong force, and that is what we need now, more than ever, someone who knows how to fight the deep state.

  • NoNicky says:

I’d rather have Michelle O. Than Hailey as VP.
    Yeah. That bad.

  • malady says:

Nikki Haley is not eligible to be the President of the United States, she was born in South Carolina, but her parents are of foreign descent. She is not eligible to be President. Didn’t we go through this with Obama? Yes, we did.
