Riley Gaines, a former NCAA swimmer, has made been making headlines for using her voice to push back on men competing in women’s sports. On Thursday evening, that led to a group of militant transgender activists violently assaulting her and holding her hostage.
Gaines, a 12-time All-American, entered the spotlight over the last year after being one of the few in her sport with the courage to publicly object to Lia Thomas’ domination of women’s swimming. Thomas is a biological man.
While he was at the University of Pennsylvania, Thomas’ teammates suffered oppression and humiliation, being made to share a locker room with a man who would reportedly walk around flaunting his genitals. Instead of listening to the concerns of the actual women on the swimming team, the university forced them into sensitivity training and threatened them. UPenn then nominated Thomas for NCAA “Woman of the Year.”
Gaines was appearing at SFSU to give a speech as part of her tour promoting safe spaces for women in sports. Unfortunately, things reportedly got violent.

According to her husband (Fox News), Gaines was assaulted by a “man in a dress.”
Louis Barker, Riley’s husband, said he had brief conversations with her while she was barricaded in the room for nearly three hours.
“She told me she was hit multiple times by a guy in a dress. I was shaking. It made me that mad. It makes me sick to feel so helpless about it,” Barker said. “She was under police protection and was still hit by a man wearing a dress.”
On Twitter, Gaines shared footage she took showing her being rushed out of the venue by police officers amid an onslaught of verbal attacks from the detractors who surrounded her.
Things apparently were so bad that police could not fully remove Gaines from the situation and instead had to barricade her in a room for three hours. The above videos show the militant transgender activists accosting her as she is rushed away by law enforcement. In yet another video, some of the activists are seen trying to hold Gaines hostage, demanding money to allow her to leave the area.
In response to the assault, her agent, Eli Bremer, shared this sentiment.
Instead of a thoughtful discussion tonight at SFSU, Riley was violently accosted, shouted at, physically assaulted, and barricaded in a room by protestors. It is stunning that in America in 2023, it is acceptable for biological male students to violently assault a woman for standing up for women’s rights.
This will not stop Riley from boldly educating people of the dangers of biological males in women’s sports. She will continue to speak the truth against the radical left that no longer understands the difference between men and women.
I’d ask if SFSU is going to take action against these violent students who sought to shut down the free speech of others, but we all know the answer to that. The university will do absolutely nothing because it either agrees with the transgender activists or it is being held hostage by the DEI wing of its faculty. Those are essentially the only two options when it comes to the university system these days.
It also doesn’t appear that police made any arrests despite crimes taking place, which is typical. These deranged activists believe they are above the law, mostly because they are pretty obviously above the law.
Somehow, I doubt this will deter Gaines, though. She is doing great work exposing the scourge of men destroying women’s sports, and her voice is needed.
I can not believe I live in a country that backs mentally ill transgenders these people need to be put away in jail or mental hospitals or beings Biden loves transgender he must be one himself and he needs to go live with them. Come on people wake up this is not American values. The rest of the world thinks the USA is a joke with this corrupt government supporting transgender that get away killing are kids. We need to stand up to this corrupt government and save America.

When are people going to understand that these “gender fluid” individuals are MENTALLY ILL? The ICD-10 code for this MENTAL ILLNESS is F64.0 and it’s been coded as a MENTAL DISORDER for more than 30 years that I personally am aware of. It was coded as 302.85 in the ICD-9, which I used to code by, decades ago. It’s nothing new, but it is being grossly exploited by the Media and certain powerful people who doubtless have agendas all of their own. Because Gender Dysphoria is a cited and researched mental illness/aberration, it needs to be treated, not glamorized or accepted as “normal” in any way. Mentally ill people are often unbalanced in several areas and tend to lack impulse control which makes them DANGEROUS when their delusions are challenged. It’s time to protect people from this behavior, and rather than glorifying this anti-social behavior, they need to start arresting and prosecuting it…maybe them, at some point some of these people will get the treatment and therapy that they need, and stop representing a very real danger to the rest of society Just accept the FACT that several of the past school shooting have been perpetrated by people with this specific mental illness, and that it need to STOP.
