A pregnant woman shot an armed robber at a Houston gas station on Tuesday.
According to Fox 26 Houston, a nine-month pregnant woman shot a man who tried to rob her and her husband at a gas station at 8605 Fulton Street on Tuesday.
The suspect, Mario Ilpina Duque, pistol-whipped the pregnant woman’s husband before she opened fire.
Surveillance video from the gas station shows the heavily pregnant woman shooting Duque in self-defense.
Duque survived and remains hospitalized.
He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to Fox 26 Houston.

Why TF was he only charged with aggravated assault? Any crime committed against another person while possessing a weapon (gun, knife, sword, etc.) should be an automatic attempted murder charge whether the weapon is used or not. If a victim dies, then it should be an automatic murder 1 charge because it was premeditated. No one brings a weapon to a planned crime unless they think they may need to use it, which makes it premeditated. FKing democRATS suck with their criminal coddling.
Vigilantism needs to be legalized so we, ordinary citizens, can exterminate known criminals on sight. The most disappointing part of this story is that he survived.
