Special Counsel Jack Smith has moved to pause his case against Donald Trump and vacate all remaining deadlines his federal J6 case.

Around 2 am, Smith became a lame-duck prosecutor.
Trump ran on ending his prosecutions and can cite a political mandate for it. Certainly, had he lost, the other side would be claiming a mandate for these prosecutions.

Smith needs to be tried and convicted for his personal assault on Trump. Same goes for Bragg and James. Not a single one of those lawsuits were justified. E Jean Carroll should be required to pay back all the money she whored for and judgeMerchan should be disbarred and all money returned to Trump and all of the court costs returned to Trump with interest. This unlawful warfare needs to come to a screeching halt and heads need to fall. Let’s not forget about Kathy Griffin.
