Jack Smith Trades Immunity for ‘Fake Elector’ Testimony as Jan 6 Probe Heats Up

Special Counsel Jack Smith is quietly ramping up his January 6 case against Trump in Washington DC.

Former president Trump was recently indicted by a grand jury in Florida hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

In a separate grand jury in DC, Jack Smith is quietly continuing his investigation into January 6 and Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election.

Jack Smith is investigating the ‘fake electors’ after the 2020 election, Trump’s role in January 6, and Trump’s 2020 fundraising efforts.

According to CNN, Jack Smith traded limited immunity for testimony from at least two dueling electors.

Last week, ABC News reported that Nevada GOP Chairman Michael McDonald and Nevada GOP committee member Jim DeGraffenreid were spotted walking into the federal courthouse where Jack Smith’s DC grand jury meets.

According to CNN, prosecutors are ‘playing hardball’ with some of the witnesses, refusing to grant them extensions to grand jury subpoenas, and demanding testimony before the end of the month.

CNN reported:

Special counsel Jack Smith has compelled at least two Republican fake electors to testify to a federal grand jury in Washington in recent weeks by giving them limited immunity, part of a current push by federal prosecutors to swiftly nail down evidence in the sprawling criminal investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The testimony, described to CNN by people familiar with the situation, comes after a year of relative dormancy around the fake electors portion of the investigation and as a parade of related witnesses are being told to appear before the grand jury with no chance for delay.

Prosecutors have played hardball with some of the witnesses in recent weeks, refusing to grant extensions to grand jury subpoenas for testimony and demanding they comply before the end of this month, sources said. In the situations where prosecutors have given witnesses immunity, the special counsel’s office arrived at the courthouse in Washington ready to compel their testimony after the witnesses indicated they would decline to answer questions under the Fifth Amendment, the sources added.

Is it a criminal offense to believe an election was stolen? Is that a thought crime now punishable by imprisonment? iIf so, have we now become a banana republic as a nation punishing such thought crimes? Take away freedom of speech or thought and what do you have left?

Jack Smith sold his soul to the devil and knows that heaven will never be his final resting place, so he will do all things corrupt, and we do know that people that don’t comply will come up missing. The Biden crime family gets a pass while Trump and his associates see the inside of a jail for doing less than Joe and Hunter did, and I believe Jill was part of it too. Her morals are in the toilet also. It is shocking to see how many so called respected individuals fight for a corrupt family. The two tiered justice has to stop. We go to jail for less, while Bidens throw a lavish party and the pedophile crack head shows his face like a kid that just got by with stealing from the cookie jar. It is disgraceful and we want our country back.
Time to clean up the FBI, the White House, the CIA, DOJ, and Home Land Security. If we don’t those demons wanting to destroy our country will succeed.
