Speaking to Fox News on Saturday, former NCAA University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines said she will be “pursuing legal action” after her assault Thursday night by radical trans activists during a Turning Point USA event at San Francisco State University.
“Well, first of all, nothing has happened to the people who assaulted me,” Gaines said. “The campus police did nothing, the student or the Dean of Students was there and did nothing. There will be no repercussions unless I have something to do with it. I will be pursuing legal action. These people need to face repercussions.”
“And I was barricaded,” she said. “Because after my speech an ambush of people entered into the classroom, turned off the lights, (and) they attacked me. I got escorted out of the room and immediately pushed into that room that we saw on the video, and I was trapped in there for three hours.”

Gaines posted footage of the incident on Twitter and said, “The prisoners are running the asylum at SFSU. This is proof that women need sex-protected spaces. Still only further assures me I’m doing something right. When they want you silent, speak louder.”
“This is unacceptable at an American college campus, even in San Francisco,” Charlie Kirk said in response to the video.

A human born with a penis is a man and just because he likes to put dresses and makeup on doesn’t make him a woman!!!!
A human born with a vagina is a woman and just because she likes to put on a suit and tie doesn’t make her a man!!!
Men have certain muscular skills that women don’t have AND women have certain muscular skills that men don’t have!!! Biologically born men should not compete with biologically born women because the muscular skills are different…….even if they have started the trans change!!!
I am also interested in why biologically born men are happy with themselves for beating actual females in a competition!!! I would be embarrassed to even compete with them much less pull out a win and then parade myself around like I had made some great achievements!!!
And then, to harass and assault this young woman for taking a stand for her gender and her sport is despicable!!! Why do these types of people always go to the violence to make their point when this young woman has done nothing to them besides make her point of view known!!! That’s still allowed in this country, at least for now!! If you trans-people want to compete, compete against others of your own kind, trans-people!!! Create your own groups and compete amongst yourselves – that would be more fair!!!! How many transgender-men do you see competing against real men – you don’t and why is that??? I’ll wait for your answer!!
I hope there are some serious consequences for these people but this is California so I won’t hold my breath!!!!!
I hope Riley Gaines wins millions in her lawsuits. Stick it to the University for sure!
